Following renovation work we are not able to serve "table d'hôtes"
We can offer all meals and accompanying beverages in our cozy salon/dining room or on our terrace:
Breakfast:
Our breakfast is very complete, with croissants, baquettes, jam, cheese, assorted cold meats and include coffee or tea.
Breakfast is included in the room price.
Dinner
Dinner consists of four courses and is being accompanied by a carafe of water and wine.
You will be pleasantly surprised by our typical auvergnats, French regional and other dishes, with as many ingredients from our own garden and region as possible.
Starters
Fresh salads with regional cheeses, gésiers de canard, or the typical green lentils of the Puy de Dôme. Deliciously creamy quiches, such as the traditional Quiche Lorraine, or a vegetarian version.And how about some fantastic regional cold meats or a homemade Paté en Croûte, Pot-au-Feu, Marmite Henri IV, or Bouillabaisse?
Main Dishes
Magrèt de Canard, Cuisses de Canard Confit, Boeuf bourguignonne , blanquette de veau or other casseroles. Served with holiday-classics like pommes de Terre au four and ratatouille. But we also like to make a trip to the exotic cuisines of Vietnam, Thailand and Mexico. On long hot summer nights we enjoy preparing the most wonderful dishes on the BBQ.
But make sure to leave some space for the regional cheeses (Bleu d'Auvergne, Cantal, Saint Nectaire) and the desserts of French classics such as Crème brulée, îles flottantes, chocolade moelleux , clafoutis but also tarte au citron, parfait au noissettes, mint pannacotta with candied vegetables.
In-between:
Coffee and tea are always available and you are welcome to take a drink from our beverage cellar at a minimum charge. We regularly serve sweets with the coffee.
